Awesome location right on the beach, no need to rent a golf cart as you can walk right out. Not too far from the ferry to get some day trips into Galveston and then enjoy the rest of the time in a laid back area. Rooms are of great size and can easily fit 3 or 4 families.

Took my family here for "Wedation" and absolutely loved it! We spent 4 days at this vacation house with 6 adults and 6 children. This house easily accommodated everyone. This was the kids and my first trip to a beach and ocean. On the last day of our trip I married my fiance on the beach at sunrise. It was absolutely perfect! This house is right on the beach with two decks offering an amazing view. The house is on stilts (as is every house here) and has two levels. There is a living room/area on both levels. We turned the upper level (and upper balcony) into an adult only area and let the kids have lower living areas but most of the time was spent on the beach. We were able to see the children from either balcony and allowed them to wade waist deep in the water in front of the house with out having to worry. The house comes with a full kitchen and Charcoal BBQ Grill. To save money you can bring your own food or buy some from the local store only a few miles away. The local store has reasonable prices on most items and carries everything you'll need. There are also a handful of great restaurants within a few miles of the house. It has been 2 months since we left this vacation house and my kids/wife are still talking about it.

I have been to this house twice lately and both trips were amazing. Great weather and great fun!!! Was a little disappointed that the septic issue still hasn't been resolved. We were not able to stay connected to the wifi unless in the bunk room and that wasn't consistent. This house needs some TLC. The fridge could have been colder and there wasn't enough cookware for the amount of people the house accommodates which was frustrating. Don't get me wrong had a lot of fun in the sun and sand!

Soft sand. BOLIVAR BEACH VEHICLE RESCUE on Facebook if you get stuck. This group will be more than happy to pull to safety. Open group, no charge, but they love the attention. Take a few photos and show your love.

This place is right on the beach front. Great decks for morning coffee and dolphin watching. Perfect get away place. Very peaceful in fall which is my favourite time to visit. Plenty of room and always clean. Owner easy to work with. Highly recommended for girls getaways!
